English Premier League is close to the start of another exciting season. With so little time between now and the season kick-off, we are witnessing so much action in the pre-season transfer window.

Manchester United has been one of the busiest clubs in the off-season. They still have one big move up their sleeves with old academy graduate Paul Pogba expected to come back to Old Trafford in a world record deal. That may not be their last piece of business as Jose Mourinho is still looking for a leader of his defense. If Marcos Rojo or Dailey Blind leave in this window, expect one more experienced defender joining Mourinho’s revolution.

More than nine names are being suggested to be moving out of the club as players like Adnan Januzaj, Tyler Blackett, James Wilson and Bastian Scheweinsteiger may not be able to avoid the axe. A section of players could be going out on loan which means Manchester United will be buzzing with lot of news in the coming weeks.

Bitter neighbors Manchester City are waiting to tie down deals to bring John Stones and Leroy Sane. Both the players have already come out in the open about their wish to join Pep Guardiola and so it’s just a matter of time before they join City.

Sunderland started their summer by announcing the arrival of David Moyes to take over following the loss of Sam Allardyce. There aren’t any signs yet but Moyes may love to sign his protégée Marouane Fellaini or Adnan Januzaj from United. Both these players are on the periphery of Mourinho’s plans and it may not be difficult to get them.

Everton too are bracing to the loss of John Stones and are looking for a strong central defender to bolster their defense. Anderlecht centre-back Kara Mbodji is the latest name flaunted around. With Phil Jagielka also expected to miss the start out of the season owing to a hamstring injury, new football director Steve Walsh is under pressure to find replacements.

Defending Champions Leicester City have resisted temptations of selling with only N’Golo Kante moving out so far. Ben Chilwell was courted by Liverpool for a long time but the left-back has signed a long-term deal with the Foxes. Riyad Mahrez could be the next big casualty and Arsenal are credited with the strongest interest. With Bartosz Kapustka finalizing his move soon, Leicester are bracing up for any eventuality.
